Tape all the Regional Maps together?

Wouldn't it be great if someone could take all the maps of the regions and "stitch" them together, into one large map? And this creation could be downloaded as a jpg or png or whatever? I'd love to see all the regions lined up side-by-side and top-to-bottom in relation to each other. Oh -- and each region would be labeled with its name.

There used to be a nice one that was on the old wiki. I have one but it is years out of date, but I could work on it if no one has posted one sooner.
