  • Iron rations!

    I make em like this:

    2 cups peanut butter
    1 cup honey
    heat em on low & mix until they get all blendy then take it off the heat
    add 1 tbsp cinnamon (or whatevs) & stir it in good
    add 2 cups powdered milk (a little at a time & stir)
    then add graham cracker crumbs about 1/8 cup at a time, stir em in real well, until it starts getting stiff
    put it all in a loaf pan or something and let it sit overnight til it sets

    Protein & tasty & they last basically forever plus they're easy to eat when eating is hard.

  • Coffee (blonde roast, blonde'n'bitter), hot and sour soup.

    Key Lime Pie Cookies and a glass of wine...(while watching the movie Insurgent, of the Divergent series...I had a friend who was an extra for Candor. And lots of black birds in the movie, reminding me of the rook).
  • Oreo balls! Smash oreo's, mix with cream cheese, make into balls, chill for a bit then eat! You can also dip them in melted chocolate then chill them. Their amazing.
